  • Verifying age and condition of all big ticket items ( roof,A/C, plumbing and electrical)

This is one of the most important phases and where I advocated and negotiate heavily for you.

Closing Day

You Made It! 

On Closing Day: 

  • Final Walkthrough

  • Sign Paperwork

  • Get Your Keys
